Withdrawal from the Contract Within the 14-Day Period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

By completing the form below, you notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal together with a copy of your declaration.

How to Proceed

Enter your Order Number and the Email Address Used for the Order.
Provide the Bank Account Number for the Refund. If you paid by card or another payment method, we will inform you of the next steps in our reply.
In the Returned Item Details field, specify the item(s) you are returning (e.g. product name, size, colour). If you are returning only part of your order, list only the items you are sending back.
Optionally, attach a photo or document (e.g. a product label or proof of receipt).
Click Submit a Withdrawal Request.

Please send the goods back to us within 14 days of submitting this form (unless we provide you with a different deadline in our response). Unless we have explicitly informed you otherwise in advance, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

What Happens After Submission

You will receive an automatic email confirmation that we have received your withdrawal request.
Our team will process your request and contact you by email with further instructions (where to send the goods, when to expect your refund, etc.).
The status of your request is not available in your customer account. We will communicate with you by email.
